Friday, October 2, 2015 - 8:00am to Saturday, October 3, 2015 - 3:30pm

Are you looking for a conference on the scholarship of teaching and learning focused on undergraduate and graduate student learning that is exciting, collegial and a great value? Please consider submitting a proposal to the Research on Teaching and Learning Summit by Friday, May 18, 2015.

Since 1993, thousands of educators in colleges and universities from across the country and globe have participated in this interdisciplinary conference to discuss and share experiences and innovative teaching techniques. The Summit offers concurrent sessions on cutting-edge issues in pedagogy and student learning in a relaxed, congenial atmosphere. There are also opportunities for participants to network with fellow educators. Participants report that they have learned many new ideas they were able to bring back to campus, and that they have been energized by interacting with a collegial community of educators invested in excellent teaching.

The Summit is moving from Spring semester to Fall semester during the 2015-2016 academic year at the same location (KSU Center, 3333 Busbee Dr. NW, Kennesaw, Georgia).  Mark your calendars for Friday October 2 and Saturday October 3, 2015.  Our keynote presenters are Dr. Regan Gurung (University of Wisconsin – Green Bay) co-author of Optimizing Teaching and Learning: Practicing Pedagogical Research and Dr. Pam Marek (Kennesaw State University) who has been an Associate Editor for Teaching of Psychology since 2008.
