Are you beginning a new research program and want to learn how to involve undergraduates? Are you new to Kennesaw State University and want to learn more about how to involve undergraduates in your scholarship? Have you recently started involving undergraduates in your research and want to learn more about how to make the process easier and more efficient for yourself?

This workshop is designed to address issues faced by faculty members who are just starting to collaborate with undergraduate researchers. In particular, we will address the following issues:

1. Why should I conduct research with undergraduates?
2. How can I be a good mentor to my undergraduate researchers?
3. What kind of funding is available for undergraduate research?
4. How can I make the process less time-consuming for myself?
