Perspectives in Learning is a refereed journal that is published online by the College of Education and Health Professions at Columbus State University. The scope of the journal includes teaching and learning. Interpretation of teaching and learning is open to include all levels and settings. The journal seeks submissions of manuscripts from all authors, students, faculty, or collaborative partners, both within and outside the university. The journal is led by co-editors who are full-time faculty members from the College of Education and Health Professions.

The journal originated from the Board of the Virginia Assessment Group, one of the oldest continuing professional higher education assessment organizations in the United States. Research & Practice in Assessment is a peer-reviewed publication that uses a double-blind review process.
The International Journal for Students as Partners (IJSaP) is a new journal about learning and teaching together in higher education. IJSaP explores new perspectives, practices, and policies regarding how students and staff (used here and subsequently to refer to academic staff/faculty, professional staff, and other stakeholders) are working in partnership to enhance learning and teaching in higher education. Shared responsibility for teaching and learning is the underlying premise of students as partners, and IJSaP is produced using a student-staff partnership approach.
