Mathematics Educator, The

The Mathematics Educator strives to provide a forum for collaboration of mathematics educators at varying levels of professional experience. Its purpose is to promote the interchange of ideas among the mathematics education community, locally, nationally, and internationally and to present a variety of viewpoints on a broad spectrum of issues related to mathematics education.

Technology, Pedagogy and Education

Technology, Pedagogy and Education seeks to serve the international education community by disseminating research findings regarding the use of information and communication technology (ICT) to improve teaching and learning. It explores the particular contribution that ICT can make to educational environments, focusing on empirical evidence derived from both quantitative and qualitative research designs, and on a critical analysis of the ways in which new technologies can support learning and teacher professional development in all phases of education.

Physics Education

PMER invites original and previously unpublished submissions, including articles (no longer than 7500 words) addressing philosophical or theoretical issues relevant to music education; responses to articles that have appeared in PMER, or comments on other issues relevant to the philosophy of music education (no longer than 1500 words); and book reviews, offering critical analysis of recent publications dealing with philosophical or theoretical issues in music education (suggested length: 2500 words).

School Science and Mathematics

School Science and Mathematics (SSM) is the official journal of the School Science and Mathematics Association, founded 1901. SSM is an international journal which is published monthly, October through May, emphasizing research on issues, concerns, and lessons within and between the disciplines of science and mathematics in the classroom. Members are encouraged to submit articles to the editor for publication.

Teaching and Teacher Education

Teaching and Teacher Education is an international journal concerned primarily with teachers, teaching, or teacher education situated in an international perspective or in an international context.
Teaching and Teacher Education is a multidisciplinary journal, committed to no single approach, discipline, methodology or paradigm. It is concerned with teaching and teacher education in general and devoted to all concerned with teaching.

Teachers College Record

The Teachers College Record is a journal of research, analysis, and commentary in the field of education. It has been published continuously since 1900 by Teachers College, Columbia University.

Teacher Education Quarterly

Beginning as the California Journal of Teacher Education in 1972, Teacher Education Quarterly (the title since 1983) is a peer-reviewed (double blind) journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and research by teacher education researchers and practitioners. The journal is sponsored by the California Council on Teacher Education (established 1945) and is part of the organization's overarching goal to improve the pre- and in-service education of teachers.

Teacher Education and Special Education

Teacher Education and Special Education (TESE) stimulates and improves the preparation of those who will work with children with disabilities. It offers research on exceptionality and the teaching of exceptional children, as well as the critical issues shaping the future of teacher education. The journal publishes original research, evaluations of personnel preparation programs, and interpretive or critical literature reviews.

T.H.E. Journal

THE Journal is dedicated to informing and educating K-12 senior-level district and school administrators, technologists, and tech-savvy educators within districts, schools, and classrooms to improve and advance the learning process through the use of technology. Launched in 1972, THE Journal was the first magazine to cover education technology.

Social Education

Social Education, our peer-reviewed, flagship journal, contains a balance of theoretical content and practical teaching ideas. The award-winning resources include techniques for using materials in the classroom, information on the latest instructional technology, reviews of educational media, research on significant social studies-related topics, and lesson plans that can be applied to various disciplines. Departments include Looking at the Law, Surfing the Net, and Teaching with Documents.
