The International Journal of Lifelong Education provides a forum for debate on the principles and practice of lifelong, adult, continuing, recurrent and initial education and learning, whether in formal, institutional or informal settings. Common themes include social purpose in lifelong education, and sociological, policy and political studies of lifelong education.

International Review of Education

The International Review of Education – Journal of Lifelong Learning (IRE) provides a forum for theoretically-informed and policy-relevant applied research in lifelong and life-wide learning in international and comparative contexts. Preferred topic areas include adult education, non-formal education, adult literacy, open and distance learning, vocational education and workplace learning, new access routes to formal education, lifelong learning policies, and various applications of the lifelong learning paradigm.

International Journal of Adult Vocational Educational and Technology

The International Journal of Adult Vocational Education and Technology (IJAVET) provides a global look at educational technologies for adult learners with content drawing from theory, research, practice, individual experience, and insight by leading scholars, theorists, and practitioners worldwide. IJAVET provides educators, researchers, practitioners, and graduate students with insight into all areas affecting teaching, learning, research, and practice, sharing innovative pedagogies and inspirational insights into career and technical education (CTE), adult education, and technology.

Continuing Higher Education Review

Published annually by Harvard University until 2013, UPCEA's professional journal, the Continuing Higher Education Review (CHER), contains articles of relevance to issues of national and international importance in continuing and higher education.

Canadian Journal of University Continuing Education (Archived)

The Canadian Journal of University Continuing Education was published from 1995-2016 with two primary objectives. The first was to advance and disseminate knowledge by publishing analytical and research papers, reports, reviews, and commentaries of value to professional practice in continuing education in general, and university continuing education in particular. The second was to encourage dialogue about continuing education within and among relevant professional and academic communities.
