Journal of Science Teacher Education

The Journal of Science Teacher Education (JSTE) publishes research and theoretical articles concerning pre-service and in-service science teacher education. JSTE adds to what we know about science teaching and learning but, most importantly, serves as a catalyst for thoughtful discussion concerning the improvement of the education of teachers in science.

Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering Education and Practice

The Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering Education and Practice presents issues of broad professional interest and diverse views of engineering education, and professional practice. Papers examine the relationships between civil engineering and other disciplines and professions, with emphasis on the engineer's and constructor's obligations and responsibilities. Topics include engineering education at all levels, professional practice issues, ethics, and history and heritage.

Journal of Nursing Education

The Journal of Nursing Education is a monthly, peer-reviewed journal publishing original articles and new ideas for nurse educators in various types and levels of nursing programs for over 50 years. The Journal enhances the teaching-learning process, promotes curriculum development, and stimulates creative innovation and research in nursing education.

Journal of Music Teacher Education

Journal of Music Teacher Education a peer-reviewed online-only professional development journal published twice a year, offers philosophical, historical, descriptive, or methodological articles related to music teacher education. Some issues offer media reviews and "Perspectives," essays that discuss opinions and viewpoints.

Journal of Music History Pedagogy

The Journal of Music History Pedagogy is a bi-annual, peer-reviewed, open-access, on-line journal dedicated to the publication of original articles and reviews related to teaching music history of all levels (undergraduate, graduate, or general studies) and disciplines (western, non-western, concert and popular musics). The JMHP holds no single viewpoint on what constitutes good teaching and endorses all types of scholarship on music history pedagogy that are well-researched, objective, and challenging.

Journal of Microbiology & Biology Education

The Journal of Microbiology & Biology Education (JMBE) publishes original, previously unpublished, peer-reviewed articles that foster scholarly teaching, and provide readily adoptable resources in biology education. JMBE welcomes thoughtful and supported submissions pertaining to scholarly teaching in undergraduate, graduate and professional (e.g., medical school) education, K-12 outreach, and informal education.

Journal of Mathematics Teacher Education

The Journal of Mathematics Teacher Education (JMTE) is devoted to research into the education of mathematics teachers and development of teaching that promotes students' successful learning of mathematics. JMTE focuses on all stages of professional development of mathematics teachers and teacher-educators and serves as a forum for considering institutional, societal and cultural influences that impact on teachers' learning, and ultimately that of their students.

Journal of Marketing Education

The Journal of Marketing Education is the leading international scholarly journal devoted to contemporary issues in marketing education. Its mission is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, information, and experiences related to the process of educating students in marketing and its subfields. Its audience is largely composed of marketing faculty members at institutions of higher education where teaching is an integral component of their overall responsibilities.

Journal of Educational Psychology

The main purpose of the Journal of Educational Psychology® is to publish original, primary psychological research pertaining to education across all ages and educational levels. A secondary purpose of the Journal is the occasional publication of exceptionally important theoretical and review articles that are pertinent to educational psychology.

Journal of Developmental Education

The JDE is published as a forum for educators concerned with the practice, theory, research, and news of the postsecondary developmental and remedial community. Its content focuses on basic skills education and includes topics such as developmental writing, developmental mathematics, reading, tutoring, assessment and placement, and program evaluation. Emphasis is placed on manuscripts that relate education theory to practical teaching and learning, expand current knowledge, or clearly demonstrate impact on the field.
